Order Processing
 • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of confirmation.
 • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified in case of any delays.

Delivery Time
 • Delivery is completed within 24 to 48 business hours from the date of shipment, depending on the area.

Shipping Fees
 • West Bank: 20 NIS
 • Jerusalem: 30 NIS
 • 1948 Territories (Inside Israel): 70 NIS

(Shipping costs may vary for remote areas based on the courier’s policy.)

Courier Service

Orders are shipped through a trusted local delivery company to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message via WhatsApp or email containing your delivery details and order number.
